What are the Zombiebooks?

I designed the Zombiebooks as creative notebooks not only suitable for writing, but also for sketching, drawing and scrapbooking. 

The issue I always had with notebooks was that they are only suited for writing. The paper is lined/dotted or thin, you can't really doodle or use a drawing pencil without damaging it... and then I remembered someone saying "If you can't find things on the market - make your own". That's how the first Zombiebook came to be - thicker cream-coloured plain paper with a cute design inspired by Zombie and Ghost the hamsters.

The Zombiebook is for those who would like to plan or journal with joy and include art in their every day life. The cream colour and natural look with visible fibres are there for your inspiration and aesthetics. 

Zombiebooks complement one of the sections in our Rainbow Bridge webpage (yet to be released), but more information will be found there once it's out.

Specifications

The zombiebooks are of A5-size (14.8 x 21 cm). They're spiral bound and relatively thin (60 pages), to allow some flexibility. We take paper quality very seriously, that's why we chose a 170gsm soft eco-friendly paper. It's fairly thick, thicker than your normal notebook. The cover is paperback with a soft touch finish and has a unique design alongside an important message from Indigo Stained Hearts Rescue. 

The notebooks we sell are made with materials from FSC-certified forests. 

Care Guide

Store the notebooks in a dry place (humidity >50%) as the paper is made from natural fibres and the notebook may bend. If you use the zombiebook as a scrapbook, I don't recommend using liquid glue. 

Future plans

I hope to issue Zombiebooks in many other designs as I prefer to have different notebooks for every purpose.
