This artwork was inspired by two rescued hamsters from Indigo hearts - Zombie and Ghost, rescued around Halloween 2025. It is spooky and cute, Showing that not all fears are as scary as we perceive them.

The mission of the artwork is raising awareness about Indigo Stained Hearts Rescue, @indigostainedhearts.

"Indigo Stained Hearts Small Animal Rescue is a hamster focused rescue based in Los Angeles, California, USA. We are a foster based rescue, relying on public support to rescue more animals. We are always in need of new fosters, adopters, and donations. 

Indigo Stained Hearts Small Animal Rescue was founded in February 2024 in response to the hamster rescue crisis. At the age of 16, our founder, Ari Toji, saw a need and lept into action. Please spread the word about our rescue, so we can change more lives for the better.

Bristol Rabbit Rescue & Friends

Bristol Rabbit Rescue & Friends is operating in Bristol, South Wales, and the surrounding areas. Founded in 2018, it's been fully run by volunteers, and it relies on the general public to keep operating.

Bristol Rabbit Rescue & Friends rescue and rehome rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils and hamsters. They have a foster network so every animal is given the space, enrichment and care they need. They’re also committed to teaching people about proper care and enrichment, both of which are essential for animal welfare.
